RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All eligible purchases can be returned /exchanged within 14 days
delivery/receipt for a full refund.
CUSTOM sized pieces, used or altered pieces are
NOT RETURNABLE.
Return shipping labels are available at a fee of
$10 WHICH INCLUDES INSURANCE.
If you chose to ship on your own
we HIGHLY recommend insuring the shipment.

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of receipt.
Please include a note in shipping with your original order # and email address.
Any monetary difference will be credited to
your form of payment. If there is an increase in cost for the exchange
we will send you a request for the amount.
C C and Co. provides FREE shipping on exchanges.

letting us know that your return is on the way so we can be on the look out for it.
C C and Co. is not responsible for missing shipments sent by the customer.

CC and Co. offers a six-month warranty that covers the cost of all repairs or replacements under normal wear for the first six months after purchase. However, if pieces are noticeably bent, show improper care, or are damaged in any other manner, repairs will be performed at cost. After 6 months, there MAY be a fee depending on the issue. To initiate a repair, please EMAIL us at production.caninojewelry@gmail.com. A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE must be included in the email. We will reach out to you ASAP with a resolution. RETURN shipments must be carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. We recommend fully insuring all shipments. WE KNOW that you lose earrings and WE GET how annoying that is! We offer half pair replacements for 50% of the full pair price. Please send an email including a PHOTO of the remaining earring to sales@caninojewelry.com. These payments will be accepted via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

PACKANGING + SUSTAINABILITY

CC + Co. is deeply aware of + committed to sustainablilty. Our metals are recycled. Our signature Pebble Pearls are sustainable and made with environmental awareness. Our freshwater and baroque pearls are naturally farmed, contributing to the ocean's flora. Every order is shipped with minimal packaging. Earrings are put in a special anti-tarnish pouch which is great for travel and storage. (Look for your extra earring backings in there!) A cloth logo pouch is the finishing touch. IF you need a gift box and ribbon, we happily provide this but please REQUEST at check out.
