CC and Co. offers a six-month warranty that covers
the cost of all repairs or replacements under normal wear for the first
six months after purchase.
However, if pieces are noticeably bent, show improper care,
or are damaged in any other manner, repairs will be performed at cost.
After 6 months, there MAY be a fee depending on the issue.

We will reach out to you ASAP
with a resolution.
RETURN shipments must be carefully
packaged to ensure
that items are not damaged in transit.
We recommend fully insuring all shipments.
WE KNOW that you lose earrings and
WE GET how annoying that is!
We offer half pair replacements for
50% of the full pair price.
