All eligible purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Non-returnable items: Custom-sized, used, or altered pieces are not eligible for returns.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for return for merchandise credit only.
Return Shipping: A prepaid return label is available for $10, which includes insurance. If you choose to arrange shipping yourself, we strongly recommend insuring the package.
Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery. Please include a note with your original order number and email address. Any difference in price will be credited to your original payment method. If there is an additional cost for the exchange, we’ll send a request for the difference. We provide free shipping on exchange items.
