Our top recommendation: Practice mindfulness in wearing and caring for your jewelry. Knowing when to put it on and take it off is key!

As a general rule, if you wouldn’t wear your finest attire for an activity (like swimming, exercising, gardening, or bathing), it’s best to set your jewelry aside, too.

For at-home cleaning, gently polish with a lint-free, 100% cotton cloth.

Please remember that many of our designs are costume jewelry—a category popularized by the OG CC, Coco Chanel. Treat them with care to enjoy them for years to come!

CC and Co. offers a six-month warranty that covers the cost of all repairs or replacements under normal wear for the first six months after purchase. However, if pieces are noticeably bent, show improper care, or are damaged in any other manner, repairs will be performed at cost. After 6 months, there MAY be a fee depending on the issue. To initiate a repair, please EMAIL us at production.caninojewelry@gmail.com. A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE must be included in the email. We will reach out to you ASAP with a resolution. RETURN shipments must be carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. We recommend fully insuring all shipments. WE KNOW that you lose earrings and WE GET how annoying that is! We offer half pair replacements for 50% of the full pair price. Please send an email including a PHOTO of the remaining earring to sales@caninojewelry.com. These payments will be accepted via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.
