Here at C C + Co. we have amassed over 30 years of jewelry industry experience (obsession!). Our #1 recommendation in caring for ANY jewelry involves mindfulness and knowing when to put it on and take it off. As a general rule, we advise our clients that if they wouldn’t wear their finest ensemble for an activity (swimming, exercising, gardening, bathing), it is a good idea to set aside your jewelry as well. If cleaning at home, polish your jewelry with a lint-free, 100% cotton cloth. Please keep in mind that many of our styles are costume jewelry~ a category created by the OTHER CC, Coco Chanel. This means we use plating, resin, silk cording and other creative materials that need a little TLC.

Repairs + Earring Mate Requests

CC and Co. offers a six-month
warranty that covers
the cost of all repairs or replacements
under normal wear for the first
six months after purchase.

However, if pieces are noticeably bent,
show improper care,
or are damaged in any other manner,
repairs will be performed at cost.
After 6 months, there MAY be a fee
depending on the issue.

must be included in the email.
We will reach out to you ASAP
with a resolution.

RETURN shipments must be carefully
packaged to ensure
that items are not damaged in transit.
We recommend fully insuring all shipments.

WE KNOW that you lose earrings and
WE GET how annoying that is!
We offer half pair replacements for
50% of the full pair price.

These payments will be accepted via
Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

CC + Co. is deeply aware of + committed to sustainablilty. Our metals are recycled. Our signature Pebble Pearls are sustainable and made with environmental awareness. Our freshwater and baroque pearls are naturally farmed, contributing to the ocean's flora. Every order is shipped with minimal packaging. Earrings are put in a special anti-tarnish pouch which is great for travel and storage. (Look for your extra earring backings in there!) A cloth logo pouch is the finishing touch. IF you need a gift box and ribbon, we happily provide this but please REQUEST at check out.
